Emphasizing themes around closure and the transition between childhood and adulthood, this animation was the magnus opus of the series of birthday presents I created for my loved ones on their 18ths. This time, it was a gift to myself. The piece is a spiritual successor to my first short film, THE END, and expands on my reflections concerning my experiences as an ex-Christian and nomad. Screened at the Northeastern University Student Film Festival (2022).
